Abstract

An efficient Hantzsch condensation of polyhydroquinoline derivatives was reported via a four component coupling reaction of aldehydes, dimedone, ethyl acetoacetate and ammonium acetate in the presence of efficient organometallic catalyst of bis[7-tert-butyl-2-anilinotropone] Ti complex in toluene.
