Abstract
Equilibrium studies on metal ligand complex system involving cadmium metal with drugs, (2S)-1-(3-mercapto-2- methyl propionyl)-L- proline i.e. captopril and 4-[2-hydroxy- 3(1-methyl ethyl amino) propoxy] benzene acetamide i.e. atenolol with alanine, phenyl alanine and methionine in 50%(v/v) alcohol-water mixture at 30±0.1°C and ionic strength of 0.1M NaClO4 has been made. Formation of complex species have been evaluated by computer program SCOGS and discussed by Irving-Rossoti technique.
