An Evaluation of Ground State Energy of Two Dimensional Liquid 4He at Various Densities

Abstract

Using theoretical formulation of Chung-In Um et al., the ground state energy of two-dimensional liquid 4He interacting through Lenard-Jones and Aziz potential were calculated at various densities. Our theoretical result indicates that ground state energy of two dimensional liquid 4He interacting with Aziz potential is close to GFMC calculation.
