Abstract
Ion – associate complexes of Donepezil hydrochloride with [cadmium(II), cobalt(II) thiocyanate], sodiumcobaltinitrite and ammoniumreineckatewere precipitated and the excess unreacted metal complex was determined. A new method was given for the determination of Donepezil drug in pure solutions, in pharmaceutical formulations and urine samples using atomic emission and atomic absorption spectrometry. The drug can be determined by the affortmethod in the range 0.83 - 91.50 ìgmL-1.
