Abstract

The Nutraceuticals containing anthocyanins are of special interest, since many studies in vivo as well as in vitro show evidence on their antioxidant activity, together with other important health benefits such as anti-cancer, anti-diabetic, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects.
