Abstract
Buerger’s disease usually presents with normal blood tests. We present a case with significant eosinophilia, a phenomenon very rarely reported. Eosinophilia with acute onset Raynaud’s and critical ischemia can be atypical early manifestation of Buerger’s disease (Thromboangiitis obliterans).
