Abstract
The stability constants for the copper (II) and chromium (III) ions with drugs such as salbutamol and sulphadoxine have been studied using pH-measurements in 80% (v/v) ethanol-water medium. The value of proton-lingand stability constants and metal-ligand stability constants are calculated. The stability of the chromium (III) complexes is greater than that of copper (II) complexes.
