Abstract
An attempt has been made to represent data hiding using DNA sequence compression. In this paper initially data has been converted into DNA sequence then compress the DNA sequence .Four compression technique has been used, one of the option will produces better compression depending upon the DNA sequence. Also decompression algorithm has been developed to get the original data.
