Development and validation of UV spectroscopy method for the estimation of prednisolone in bulk and dosage form

Abstract

Four simple, sensitive, rapid and accurate UV spectroscopic method has been developed for the estimation of Prednisolone in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage forms. A simple UV spectroscopic method was developed and validated for the estimation of Prednisolon range for Prednisolone was obtained as 4 validated based on ICH guidelines. It is simple, sensitive, and reliabl for the routine analysis of Prednisolone.
