Abstract

Echocardiography in Selecting Pediatric Patients and Congenital Heart Disease Patients for Resynchronization Therapy Up to now there are no widely accepted selection criteria for cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) in the pediatric population as well as in congenital heart disease (CHD) population. Data on mechanical dyssynchrony as assessed by echocardiography and its predictive power are lacking.
