Abstract
Immobilization has been suggested as a stratagem to improve the overall productivity in plant tissue culture. Two Auxin and one cytokine used to manipulate the media and the effect was studies in terms of cell growth. Secondary metabolite production was analyzed by HPLC. The calcium alginate concentration was optimized on the basis of cell viability and cell number increase was observed in immobilized condition
