Examination under Anesthesia: An Invaluable Tool for Localizing Retroperitoneal Tumors Pelvic examination under anesthesia (EUA) is an outmoded diagnostic method that helps localize and evaluate deep pelvic organs and structures. We report a rare case that confirms the eternal value of this investigative tool.
