Abstract
Tin sulfide tubules have been synthesized bya hydrogen-assisted thermal decompositionmethod using tin disulfide nanopowders as the sourcematerial. The as-synthesized SnS tubules are in a typical outer diameter of 200 to 600 nmand awall thickness of 80 nm.Thismethodyieldshigh-purityorthorhombicphase SnS tubules.
