Abstract

Dipteracanthus patulus (Jacq.) Nees. (Syn. Ruellia patula Jacq). (Acanthaceae) is a medicinal herb traditionally used in the treatment of wounds. The methanolic extract of the leaves of Dipteracanthus patulus was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
