Abstract
Field experiments were carried out to evaluate the comparative efficacy of certain insecticides and neem seed kernel extract 5 % for the control of sucking pests on watermelon along with the yellow sticky trap. Three applications of dimethoate 30 EC @ 2ml per litre alongwith yellowsticky trap was most effective.
