Abstract
The ground water quality of Trichy town was studied. Ten ground water samples were taken in and around Trichy town. The samples were subjected to Physico–chemical analysis. High concentrations of Electrical conductivity, Alkalinity, Total dissolved solids and Chloride were observed in most of the ground water samples.
