Nasal Resurfacing with Xenographic Bladder Bioscaffold Following Excision of Massive Rhinophyma Massive rhinophyma is a disfiguring advanced form of rosacea. Due to the size of the tumor, full thickness excision is often necessary requiring reconstruction for optimal cosmetic results.
