Abstract

Spiro-indolethiazolidinone derivatives are interesting heterocyclic compoundswhich showdiverse biological and pharmacological properties. In this research spiro-indolethiazolidinone derivatives was prepared by one-pot condensation reaction of isatin, thioglycolic acid and a number of amines using oxalic acid as a catalyst at room temperature.
