Abstract

Plasma-Surface Interaction Mechanisms in Atmospheric and High Pressure Regimes Plasma sciences evolved over decades, moving from the generation of plasmas under vacuum to the generation of atmospheric and high-pressure plasmas. With the increase in our understanding of plasma mechanisms and regimes has come an increase in interest of the entire spectrum of plasmas, their formation conditions, and applications unique to each plasma regime.
