Abstract

 Risk Factors of Admission Delay after Ischemic Stroke in an Urban Tertiary Care Setting in China Thrombolytic therapy within 6 hours of the onset of symptoms significantly improves clinical outcomes in patients with ischemic stroke, but many patients failed to receive timely treatment in China. The factors contributing to such admission delays in China remain largely unknown. We sought to identify important risk factors of admission delay after ischemic stroke in an urban tertiary care setting in China.
