Abstract
It is well studied that how right nutrition plays an important role in the wellbeing of non-athletic individuals. However, the importance of right nutrition becomes more important whenindividuals are athletes, who spend lot of their energy in training and performing well. Moreover, drinking plenty of fluids is important to avoid dehydration. Thus, it becomes very criticalto spread awareness and educate endurance athletes to eat right amount of nutrition and drink plenty of fluids to remain healthy and perform well in their sports.
