Study of some new azopyrazoles

Abstract

Various ethyl-3-oxo-2-(2-(3-(N-substituted sulfamoyl) phenyl) hydrazono) butanoates (2a-d) condensation with benzo hydrazide (3) yields 4-(2-(1-benzoyl-3-methyl-5-oxo-1H-pyrazol-4(5H)-ylidene) hydrazinyl) substituted benzene sulfonamide (4a-d). The structures of all these compounds (4a-d) were recognized on basis of analytical and spectral data. The novel synthesized compounds were estimated for their antimicrobial activity against various bacteria and fungi.
