Abstract

The synthesis and in vitro antibacterial activity of fluoro anologue of pyrrolo benzoxazepinyl oxazolidinone is reported. The synthetic route involves synthesis of fluoro isatoicanhydride followed by construction of pyrrole, oxazepine and oxazolidinone ring.
