Abstract
Some new benzothiazoles and pyrazoles were synthesized from substituted chalcone dibromides and 6-substituted-2-hydrazinobenzothiazoles. These have been screened for their biological activity. The constitution of synthesized compounds has been characterized by elemental analysis and IR. The products have been screened for their in vitro biological assay like antibacterial activity.
