Synthesis of diethyl-1,4-dihydro-2,6-dimethyl-4-[(5chloro) pyrazole)]-3, 5-pyredinedicarboxylates: as calciumantagonist

Abstract

By the reaction of (2a-f) with ethylacetoacetate and ammonia (or amines) in presence of alcohol resulted in new 1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives (3a-f) having a 5-chloropyrazole ring at 4-position of 1,4-dihydropyridine ring. These molecules may represent novel analogous of calcium chennel blocking agent.
