Synthesis of new 2-propenoylamides and 3-H-quinazolin-4-one derivatives

Abstract

A series of novel quinazolinones, pyrazolo [5, 1-b] quinazolines, beside acrylonitrile derivativeswere synthesized by reaction of 3,1-benzoxazinone (1) and 4- chloroquinazoline (8) with different nitrogen nucleophiles. The structures of all novel compounds were identified by correct elemental and physical analysis.
