Abstract
Imidazoles are versatile nitrogen heterocyclic compounds displaying awidevariety of biological and pharmacological activities like anti-inflammatory, hypnotics, sedatives, tranquilizers, antidepressant and anti-parinsonian in animals as well as in human system. The chemistry of imidazoles has been of great interest to medicinal chemists. We are reporting here organic synthesis of some derivatives of imidazoles to evaluating their biological activities.
