Abstract

Gastric cancer is one of the most commonly diagnosed cancers worldwide. Metastatic gastric cancer is correlatedwith a poor prognosis. Despite the large progress in cancer's treatment strategies, metastatic gastric cancer still aprovider of bad outcomes. The importance of targeted therapy became clear over the last few years. This papersummarized comprehensive and current overview of the latest translational and clinical research articles andcongress presentations, for a pragmatic use of targeted therapies in advanced gastric cancer.
