Barbara Billek-Sawhney

Abstract

This paper will apply motor learning, massed practice principles, to a patient with a traumatic brain injury from a self inflicted gunshot wound. Massed practice will be explained and described how it is employed in a clinical practice to promote skill acquisition. Evidence related to the interventions employed with this patient will be described.
