Abstract
Treatment of ACS in Diabetic Patients in Western Region of Saudi Arabia In the setting of UA/NSTEMI-ACS, diabetes mellitus was found to be an independent predictor of mortality and DM patients were found to derive greater benefit than non-DM counterparts from aggressive antithrombotic therapy, early coronary angiography, and stent-based percutaneous coronary intervention.
