Abstract
Several triterpenoids were isolated from methanolic extract of the plant Koelpinia linearis. Three of them have been already reported. Other two novel triterpenoids C:D seco (1213) Urso-8(9),12(26)-dien-3ï¢-ol (1) and C:Dseco (1213)Urso-12(26),13(14)-dien-3â,20ï¡-diol (2) are being reported first time. Their structures were identified by spectral and chemical methods.
