Abstract
The proposed method for simultaneous analysis of EBS and PHE uses the ratio of observed absorbance at two selected wavelengths. The two selected wavelengths for this method were 252 ( λmax of Ebastine) and 272 nm (isoabsorptive point). These were used to determine the unknown concentration of pharmaceutical formulation. The method was validated according to ICH guidelines. The proposed method is accurate and precise, require no separation steps and can be used for the routine analysis of both drugs in the pharmaceutical formulations.
